BLASPHEMY! Nobody shall hate on the great Jimmy Phelan's final haunt. The man created one of the longest-running establishments aside from the University in that neighborhood. Though you may find the front windows less inviting, they are new: I was there when they were broken (far left window was where I sat and still sit when I return). Don't hate on the greatest bar in the entire south side.
